HI, I'M EMILY

Founder of EBC, a business aiming to empower leaders and teams to leverage diversity, equity and inclusion to drive high performance.

Partnering with companies to improve employee engagement, growth and progression in the organisation and more diverse leadership teams, as well as retention and attraction of talent.

We develop training/facilitation programmes & power dose workshops, offer 121 coaching to everyone in the workplace in order to drive high performing growth teams, as well as offer consultancy around organisational design and creating people-first cultures in scaling organisations.

Why D,E and I matters

There are substantial benefits of a diverse, inclusive and equitable workforce. You’ll already know this, but the sad truth is that things are getting worse for women in the workplace.

  • For every 100 men, only 87 women are promoted

  • Cisgender employees make 32 percent more money a year than transgender employees

  • For every women leader at a director level that is promoted, 2 other women leaders leave

  • 5% C Suite leaders are women of colour
